Information management report and presentation

This was my first experience of writing a professional report. The initial part of the assignment involved a presentation outlining the problem. I did this using PowerPoint and recording my oral presentation using the PowerPoint voice recording. This was a new experience and took many attempts to get perfect, but I’m glad I persevered.  My report was written according to standard professional report guidelines, so I learnt how to structure reports professionally. I also used a few of the tools in Word to make the report look better such as charts and shapes. These were features I have never had cause to use previously and I think they added to the professional look of the report. I think that I learnt a great deal about professional report writing with this experience and it is something I will refine and utilise in the future
